Caring for Your Jewelry
Please call or email to order or ask questions about jewelry. We accept VISA, MC, & AMEX, or you may send a check or money order. For our private shows, you may also purchase directly on the Web site.
Every effort will be made to ship as soon as we receive payment. If your order is time sensitive, please let us know and we will do everything possible to get it to you in time.
Special Details
All semi precious and precious gemstones are slightly different. The color and size may not be exactly the same from piece to piece, but the integrity of the design is maintained for each creation. Some pieces are one of a kind and cannot be duplicated because additional gemstones are not available. Please call for information about a design if you are interested in it. When pieces can be recreated, the process takes a little time, but it is guaranteed to be a very special item.
With some simple care, you will enjoy your jewelry forever. The best way to clean your jewelry is with a mild solution of soap and warm water to remove any body oils. Polish with a soft lint free cloth. Some jewelry cleaning solutions contain ammonia and can crack or frost a gem. Sonic cleaners should not be used on porous stones, like lapis and turquoise or organic stones like pearls.
Please try to keep all jewelry free of hair sprays, body lotions and perfume sprays. The ammonia, bleach, chlorinated water, and body oils can compromise the quality of your fine jewelry.
Store your jewelry in separately in the bag or box that it came in or jewelry box compartments. A little bit of knowledge can be the best way to avoid potential problems.
