This is definitely a necklace for royalty. Have you seen The Crown. These Saltwater Akoya Pearls are from some of the first crop of exquisite Vietnamese Pearls to be cultured in HaLong Bay. I bought them directly from the pearl farm and if you purchase this necklace I will also send you the book I photographed and wrote about this pearl farm. These pearls are literally dripping with nacre. They have 3-4mm of nacre when the usual saltwater pearl from that company that starts with an M has only .8! This is truly luxury. I only have a couple of strands left of these extraordinary pearls. I fear that when they are found by other dealers, the farmers will harvest their pearls sooner to make more profits and they will have thinner nacre as a result. I am keeping a necklace for myself! No, you cannot tear it off my neck!
Beautiful very large and uniform Baroque Pearls with a high luster surface. Pearls are about 25mm X 15.5mm with deep nacre. The strand is 35" long and easily can be doubled. Please call or email if you wish to do that.

Actually these Pearls are not Edison, but they are pink/peach/lavendar for those of you looking for pink pearls, They are rare Kasumi pearls cultivated in Lake Kasumigaura in Japan. Their ripply surface is unique and creates highly metallic luster in it's undulating curves. They are some of the most unusual pearls you will ever see. I gave them a special complement with the understated Pink Sapphire. I hope you enjoy them.
Souffle Pearls are a new type of cultured pearls that are nucleated with a ground material, instead of a hard mother of pearl. Without going too deeply into the process, when the pearl is harvested, it is drilled and the ground material is extracted. This leaves the pearls beautiful and with much less weight. As you might imagine, it is perfect for larger pearl earrings. The shape and luster are fabulous.
